After spending his career as a police detective, including 14 years in the Child Abuse Investigation Unit (CAIU) Philip and associates deliver a range of support to domestic and international law enforcement agencies and their partners.  Services and programmes cover, but are not exclusive to;

Woodland Baines are privileged to have supported a range of law enforcement colleagues and their partners involved in child welfare and protection supporting international co-operation and understanding.

International projects include:

• Training colleagues in Europe as part of the comprehensive European Strategy against Grooming and Missing Children.

• Facilitated training of police officers, social workers, youth workers and prosecutors on effective communication with children and TACSA in Namibia.

• Speaker at `Break Free’ Conference at the Namibian Presidential Palace.
