After spending his career as a police detective, including 14 years in the Child Abuse Investigation Unit (CAIU) Philip and associates deliver a range of support to domestic and international law enforcement agencies and their partners.  Services and programmes cover, but are not exclusive to;

  • PIP Level 2 Investigation.
  • Significant Witness Interviews (Sig Wit).
  • Enhanced Cognitive Witness Interviews.
  • Achieving Best Evidence (ABE- VRI Vulnerable and Intimidated Witness Interviewer).
  • Specialist Child Abuse Investigative Development Programme (SCAIDP).
  • Multi-Agency Joint Investigation – Section 47 Children Act ‘89.
  • Family Liaison Officer (FLO).
  • Harmful Sexual Behaviour Training, Assessment, and Interventions.
  • Managing Difficult Conversations When Investigating Technology Assisted Child Sexual Abuse (TACSA).
  • Trauma-Informed Practice.
  • Domestic Abuse Officer.
  • Disaster Victim Identification Officer (DVI).

International projects include:


  • Training colleagues in Europe as part of the comprehensive European Strategy against Grooming and Missing Children.


  • Facilitated training of police officers, social workers, youth workers and prosecutors on effective communication with children and TACSA in Namibia.


  • Speaker at `Break Free’ Conference at the Namibian Presidential Palace.
