Woodland Baines develop a wide range of high-quality safeguarding learning and development programmes. Our programmes are delivered with skill and a deep understanding of the needs of adult learners. Our facilitators are subject matter specialists, and bring that depth of front-line, management and partnership working experience into the training 'room' to meld with and draw out the valuable contributions of participants.

There are alternatives to a monster slide deck

We recognise that slides have their place in delivering high-quality safeguarding learning. We have nothing against them, particularly if that is your preference.

We feel confident enough in our knowledge and experience to break free from the slide deck if that would work for you. And we really enjoy crafting learning events especially for your teams, and the context they work in.

We love it when you ask us to put a greater emphasis on discussion, reflection, and skills practice. It ensures that participants questions are answered, and really helps them apply safeguarding learning to their day-to-day role.
